| The training of campus tennis teachers is the prerequisite foundation to carry out campus tennis activities and the evaluation of the training effect is the necessary measure to ensure the cyclic development of our campus tennis cause.Chinese campus tennis teacher training is being developed from part to the whole country,but the research on the training performance evaluation is slightly insufficient,the evaluation of related institutions or projects are imperfect and difficult to operate problems common,it is difficult to objectively and effectively supervise and evaluate the training result,resulting in uneven training level,training effect is difficult to ensure.Therefore,this study takes modern systematic science theory as its value orientation,combines pedagogy and management related theories,and constructs the effectiveness evaluation system of campus tennis teacher training,aiming at strengthening theoretical research on the effectiveness evaluation of campus tennis teacher training,providing tool support for the implementation of evaluation,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of campus tennis teacher training.Using scientific research methods,this paper analyzes the elements needed for the school tennis teacher training effect evaluation system,and from the external requirement of economy,policy and social as well as the inner motive power of improving the quality of teachers in the school tennis complete evaluation dimensions is discussed.On this basis,the author studies the core of the evaluation system,namely the effectiveness evaluation,and finally formulates a feasible evaluation system for the effectiveness of school tennis teacher training.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Summarized the training effectiveness of campus tennis teachers and related issues,preliminarily defined the concepts related to the training effectiveness of campus tennis teachers according to the requirements of relevant policies on the professional ability of campus tennis teachers,sorted out the relevant issues related to the training effectiveness of campus tennis teachers at home and abroad,researched and proposed,The evaluation should be completed with the participation of the stakeholders of campus tennis teachers,and fully respect the subject status of the trained campus tennis teachers and the interest demands of the school,colleagues and students,so as to ensure the fairness and objectivity of the evaluation.(2)According to the research,in addition to the feedback of trainees and related personnel on training programs or institutions,accurate assessment of knowledge transformation and application ability of campus tennis teachers,as well as the influence of trainees on organizational improvement should also be an important part of the evaluation.(3)On the basis of clear construction principles and logic,this paper constructs a multi-level evaluation system for the training effectiveness of campus tennis teachers,including four first-level indicators,including training condition feedback,training content planning,teacher ability improvement and organizational effectiveness improvement,and calculates the weight of the indicators through the analytic hierarchy process.(4)The evaluation criteria for the training effectiveness of campus tennis teachers are researched and formulated,and the calculation method is given,which greatly strengthens the operability of the evaluation at the practical level and provides tool support for the evaluation of the training effectiveness of campus tennis teachers. |
