According to the statistics of the social public opinion blue book,the highereducation public opinion accounted for41.7%in the168education influence publicopinion cases in2011. Visibly, with the frequency of the hot issues in college anduniversities and a surge of university press, colleges and universities has become amajor disaster area of public opinion. However, with the reducing of trust, the crisis intrust between the teachers and students group is becoming more and more obviousand the unbalance trust psychology quietly spreads between teachers and students incolleges and universities. The potential risk is that it may cause a college publicopinion storm, and has resonance effects on the university public opinion and socialpublic opinion. The university public opinion made a quantitative change in this seriesof chain reaction,lead to the risk gradually enlarged. Even it may lead to distortionand alienation in all sorts of gossip and had a qualitative difference and the riskconstantly raising.Taking the teachers and students of Nanchang7colleges and universities as theresearch object, and from the survey data that analyzed by SPSS software, we find theunbalance trust psychology between teachers and students mainly performance withdeep sense of alienation, feelings of loss, anxiety. In order to prevent the problem ofuniversity public opinion risk generalization that caused by the unbalance trustpsychology between teachers and students, the author is trying to from a perspectiveof risk society, analyzes the risk of transmission mechanism, then, put forward somepublic opinion guidance strategies from the Angle of risk aversion. Through improvethe teachers and students benefit expression mechanism to advocates barrier-freeexpression, build public discourse platform between teachers and students toencourage orderly expression, improve the media literacy of college teachers andstudents to advocate rational expression and so on.
