Research And Application Of "four Integration" Practical Teaching In Tourism Management Specialty Of Higher Vocational Education

With China's economy entering the new normal,China's economic and industrial structure is facing a new round of strategic adjustment.Tourism,as an important part of China's economic and industrial structure chain in the future,is bound to be accompanied by the rapid development of the industry and eager to upgrade the demand for talent.Therefore,it is very important to cultivate high-quality technical personnel for tourism.How to develop the tourism management specialty of higher vocational colleges to train high-quality technical personnel for tourism is the direction we must think about in the future.Because of the importance of practical teaching in training high-quality skilled and technical personnel,strengthening the control of practical teaching in order to enhance the training of high-quality skilled and technical personnel has become a consensus of Higher Vocational Colleges in China.The proposal and implementation of the "Four Integrations" practical teaching is a measure to improve the training of tourism technical talents in Jiangxi Vocational College of Tourism Business by strengthening the construction of tourism practical teaching.The purpose of this paper is to test and explore the effectiveness of this measure in the training of tourism talents.The research and application of "four integrations" practical teaching in Higher Vocational Tourism Management Specialty includes two parts: one is the creation of "four integrations" practical teaching;the other is the application of "four integrations" practical teaching in the training of tourism talents in our school.In view of the research on the creation of "four integrations" practical teaching,this paper mainly elaborates the concept of "four integrations" practical teaching through the reform direction of tourism management professional training in Higher Vocational colleges.In the practical teaching system of "four integrations",the thinking of "school and industry integration" reforming practical teaching objectives,the thinking of "teacher and student integration" reforming practical teaching organization,the thinking of "curriculum and project integration" reforming practical teaching implementation process,and the thinking of "practice and application integration" The reform and practice of teaching evaluation and assessment are analyzed.Aiming at the application of "four integrations" practical teaching in the cultivation of tourism talents in our school,this paper makes an empirical study on theapplication of "four integrations" practical teaching in the cultivation of "practical service-oriented" talents.The above research is to find a way to improve the training level of tourism skilled and technical personnel by strengthening the construction of tourism practical teaching.
