Sino-foreign cooperative education refers to the form of cooperation to enrollChinese citizens to carry on the education and teaching activities between Chineseeducation institutions and foreign education institutions jointly within the territory ofChina. Foreign universities take it as an effective supplement in education. Chineseuniversities carry out the realization of making all kinds of commitment to educationservices after China’s accession to the WTO. Under the new educational pattern, weshould know ourselves clearly, try to find the problem and solve it.Using the literature material, expert interview and questionnaire investigation ofSino-foreign cooperative education for collecting and organizing information; Usingthe analysis method to analysis the relationship between professional needs andphysical training of Sino-foreign cooperative education. Having a logical analysis tothe physical education curriculum setup of Sino-foreign cooperative education whichis taking example by the advanced idea of foreign university curriculum provision;having a clustering analysis to the factor of the physical education curriculum setupof Sino-foreign cooperative education using the factor analysis method, it builds thesetting pattern, curriculum content and evaluation system of Sino-foreign cooperativeeducation in Henan province. The results show that:1. The present situation of public physical education curriculum of Sino-foreigncooperative education in Henan province is influenced by the school, student andattitude influence. The three factors have a restrict and hinder the reformation ofphysical training.2. The teaching task and goal of Sino-foreign cooperative education in Henanuniversity curriculum should be combined with the teaching goal of foreigncooperation universities; to give priority to "develops students’ individuality"; to setup the idea of "health first, lifelong sports" for students.3. The setting pattern of the public physical education curriculum of theSino-foreign cooperative education in Henan universities should be based onSino-foreign cooperative education embody the characteristics of two countries, achieve common goals and characteristics. Combined with the school and students, itdetermines the Sino-foreign cooperative education of public sports curriculum patternshould be segmented, diversified five-paragraph curriculum model. That is “generalfeature courses+required special class a+compulsory special class b+required toimprove class+elective course” five sections of the curriculum pattern, time span foreight semesters.4. The setting of teaching content of Sino-foreign cooperative education inHenan province public universities should pay attention to students’ individualdifferences, introduce the foreign advanced education idea.5. Discard the summative evaluation of the final exam for students set up“four-dimensional comprehensive evaluation” system. Namely: learning attitude,project technology, physical and mental health and progress.Through the research to present situation and its influence factors ofSino-foreign cooperative education in Henan province and in order to better promotethe transformation of education of the Sino-foreign cooperative education in Henanprovince, I put forward to the following Suggestions:1. Strengthen to introduce foreign advanced physical education concept,combined with their own characteristics to set up the "people-oriented, health first"guiding ideology. Training students’ comprehensive development ability, set up thelifelong sports concept, and shortens the gap with sports power.2. Build our own curriculum model which is conformed to self-development andthe characteristics with multiple objective teaching to cultivate the worldwideinterdisciplinary talents.3. Strengthen the local traditional sports project development and combine withthe international sports to make the teaching content present’s characteristic, flexible,diverse, interests.4. Establish the evaluation index, evaluate students’ learning attitude, learningproject performance and the physical and mental health improvement with a varietyof evaluation methods.5. Both sides actively invest capital, improve the hardware facilities, payattention to software construction, set create favorable conditions for physical education curriculum and meet the demand of students.
