Nowadays, with the rapid development of educational theory and computer science and technology, modern educational technology is changing the mindset of the people, and had a significant impact on the development of education. Based on the years of review and summary on the experience and lessons learned, the people explore the new mode of learning, Blended-Learning, and that can combine the advantages of E-learning and traditional face-to-face classroom teaching.In this paper, first of all, on the basis of research on Blended-Learning theory and the virtual learning platform, the author researches on the instructional design and teaching and the implementation process of Blended-Learning. Then, the author tries to carry out the practical application of blended learning on the course of "Software Engineering" in Software College of Guangxi University for Nationalities. In this practice, the author choose to use the open source Moodle platform that based on the constructivism teaching theory to build a blended-learning platform in a virtual learning environment. The paper focuses on how to combination of course features with the Moodle platform and to build the design process of blended learning. Finally, by collecting and analyzing relevant data for this practice, the author confirmed that the Blended-Learning is effective; students in blended learning obtain good learning results and courses feel.
