Research On Quality Evaluation Of Employment Of Graduates Of Guangxi University

Colleage students are important human resources in our country, it is the major force in promoting China’s economic development. The quality of employment colleage graduates is not only related to their ownsense of belonging, but also affects the stable and healthy development of our society. So the research on the quality of employment for colleage graduates has extremely practical significance.1his paper is based on the employment quality evaluation system and use of research methods of combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,selected200graduates as sample, combined with depth interviews of10college students.it is mainly from job prospects, job reward,job environment and iob securitv which the five reasons influence bachelor’s degree graduates’ employment quality to evaluate their employment quality.This study is divided into five parts, the first part is mainly introduction to research background, purpose and significance. The second chapter is the literature review, and it is mainly for domestic and foreign about the concept, the quality of employment and the employment quality evaluation index system and thecurrent employment status of bachelor’s degree graduates carding the study about the system factors on affecting the quality of employment bachelor’s degree graduates form. The third chapter is the main part of the article, based on the sample of collation and analysis, the relevant data that affect graduates employment quality. The fourth chapter is the conclusion and suggestions,it is mainly empirical part of the third chapter summarize the conclusion, and the conclusion is drawn under the interest analysis method toput forward feasible suggestions.
