Analysis the employment quality of college graduate deeply has important theoretical and practical significance.First,this thesis summarize the theory of the employment quality of college graduate. establish college students’ employment quality evaluation system,and then by Qingdao university as an example issue questionnaires,Through the analysis of the questionnaire up in Qingdao region of the overall quality of university students’ employment status and each index trend of changes.and analysis the influence factors about college students’ employment quality then put forward to some suggestions to enhance the quality of the college students’ employment quality.This thesis designed the college students’employment quality questionnaire from "working conditions", "labor relations", "social insurance" and "job satisfaction" and Eight indexes. Drawing from 2006-2010, the quality of the college students’ employment trends. And analysis the eight evaluation index obtained about research conclusion of the quality of college students’ employment:(1)the quality of college students’ employment in general has declined.(2)analysis the quality of college students’ employment through the eight evaluation index and summarized the change tendency;(3)Analyzes the decline in the college students’ employment quality,(4)According to the problem of college students’ employment in recently years, this thesis carry out some suggestions to improve the quality of the college students’ employment, including The government should intensify the jobs market macroeconomic control.
