Today’s rapid social development, science and technology level by leaps and bounds. Our country alsoto build a well-off society in an all-round way and accelerating socialist modernization with Chinesecharacteristics of the new stage of development. World multi-polarization and economic globalizationaccelerated development, make the development of our country is facing unprecedented opportunities andchallenges, our country also entered the crucial period of deepening reform in full. In the new round ofinternational competition, human resources will play a decisive role. Under this background, the demandfor basic education has put forward new and higher requirements. In the new era, we should thoroughlystudy and apply the third plenary session of the top18and spirit, with deng xiaoping theory and "threerepresents" important thought and the scientific outlook on development as guidance, focuses oncontemporary society。The new situation, new challenges, such as housing, medical treatment, education reform is imminent.It also puts forward new requirements to our middle school ideological and political education. High schoolthought political lesson teaching evaluation is an important component of teaching management, theideological and political teaching in middle school plays a very important role in the process. In the processof middle school thought political lesson reform, the constant improvement of classroom teachingevaluation mechanism to improve teachers’ teaching level, cultivating high quality students plays animportant role. Comprehensive and objective analysis of the current problems of middle school thoughtpolitical lesson teaching evaluation, the guiding idea middle school ideological and political teachingevaluation, find out gap and countermeasures, and build a new developmental teaching evaluation system,is to realize the ideological and political teaching evaluation。The first part mainly on several problems of developmental teaching evaluation system to do theanalysis. Mainly from the concept, characteristic, function and to follow the principle of do in this paper.The second part analyzed the significance of exploring to establish developmental education teachingevaluation system. To achieve the goals of classroom teaching, the school education from thedecision-making level, teachers training and improving students’ quality, etc. The third part analyzes the problems existing in the current our country middle school thoughtpolitical lesson teaching evaluation, the main evaluation content is too single, evaluation approach is toosingle, evaluation standard is too single, teaching evaluation subject is too single, and many other problems.Last part of the focus on how to construct developmental teaching evaluation system to do a thoroughanalysis. From aspects of the education decision-making departments, teachers and students to build,evaluation should not only focus on students’ academic performance and through the developmentalevaluation approach to discover and inspire students various potential, insight into the middle schoolstudents to understand the student’s development needs, so that they know themselves correctly, establishconfidence, so as to promote students comprehensive and healthy development.
