The Curriculum Standard for Ideological and Political courses in Senior High School(2017 Edition),published in 2018,had two characteristics of "guiding the Curriculum Standard with discipline key competence and incorporating the academic quality level into the Curriculum Standard".This is the first time that the standard of academic quality has been included in the curriculum standards,which is undoubtedly the key to determine whether the curriculum standards can make substantial progress.Academic evaluation should accord with the requirements of academic quality to promote the progress of education.Therefore,based on the key competence and academic quality le7vel,this study uses the consistency analysis model to research the consistency of simulated tests for College Entrance Examination and its curriculum standard.The purpose of the study is to implement the goal of cultivating the key competence accomplishment of Ideological and Political discipline.This study adopts the SEC consistency analysis model,and selects the 2018 simulated tests of Ideological and political course for College Entrance Examination in Alasan League of Inner Mongolia as the research object,and takes the Curriculum Standard for Ideological and Political courses in Senior High School(2017 Edition)as the analysis basis,in order to explore the consistency between the two.It is found that there is no significant consistency between the two,which does not accord with the requirements of the cultivation of the key competence of the Curriculum Standards.In order to improve the consistency of simulated tests of Ideological and Political course for College Entrance Examination and its Curriculum Standard,the author makes the following suggestions:Firstly,from the national and social levels.,the establishment of a long-term mechanism for teacher training and calls for attention to the allocation of educational resources in the less developed regions of the western region.Secondly,from the administrative level of education,they should weaken the"score" orientation and provide more space for the development of education.Thirdly,from the proposition person,they should set up a professional proposition group based on the requirements of key competence,and so on.Fourth,from the teacher,it is suggested that teachers should renew teaching ideas,set up correct evaluation objectives and design correct evaluation methods.Fifthly,from the educational researchers,maybe they can develop a localization analysis model as soon as possible.The study by research the consistency of simulated tests for College Entrance Examination and Curriculum Standard,to check the implementation of "Paper Test"academic evaluation in promoting key competence,and to promote the development of student's key competence.
