ABSTRACT:Along with the development of market economy, people’s living standard has been greatly improved. More people attach great importance to the cultural education, willing to invest lots of time and money on the cultivation of children, which makes the education training market highly demanded.XUEDA Education Group, as a listed company, has branches in many cities in China. However, it also has deficiencies in the determination of the target market and marketing strategies, such as its internal expansion too fast, the talent shortage, monotonous market marketing means, unsuccessful brand extension, business development imbalance, and many other problems. Due to increasing competition, how to gain an advantage by using competitive strategy and further development and expansion by applying marketing strategies in the fierce market competition, is directly related to the survival and development of the company. These serious problems are urgently considered by domestic training institutions at present.This article attempts from some relevant theories of marketing management, to analyze the present situation of the education market (especially market brand distribution, market share, consumers’demand of domestic education training etc.,), to study XD Education Group marketing strategy by combining theory with practice. First this Paper analyzes domestic market present situation, development trend, environment, and main competitors, and then clarifies the opportunities, threats, advantages and disadvantages of XD Education Group by using SWOT analysis method and comparing main competitors marketing strategies. Based on the above analysis, the extensive literature data, the thorough investigation on XD Education Group, and combined marketing with other relevant theoretical knowledge and experience, the marketing strategy that should be taken has been put forward, in the face of more intense competition and market readjustment.
