Ten nationwide web-built conferences were held by the related governmental department since2002, trying to gradually push the online marketing towards the modern terminal construction and stand out the internal internet marketing in the form of modernization. The function of marketing has further effect in the retail terminal of tobacco industry and meanwhile assures the dominant position in the combination among the businesses. Modern terminal construction is a process of improving the marketing, brand marketing and service marketing in the internal industry. It is also a process of building a professional and skilled marketing team. With the deep development of the modern terminal construction, promoting of the four-item services, extending four-net combination, all the work mean to serve for terminal function. The customers’managers are not only serving for the terminal but also learn from the terminal, including customers’service levels, brand marketing skills, information technical application, which are improved gradually. Retail terminal is becoming an important stage for customer managers to strengthen and show their marketing skills and abilities. Therefore, modern terminal construction is a big platform for marketing industry to cultivate a large amount of professional talents.Customer managers are the bridge to connect the tobacco industry and customers. With serious situation of international controlling the tobacco and the achievements of industry higher level, Xian Tobacco Company is trying to explore the demands of new era. During the process of the tobacco, it is necessary for Xian Tobacco Company to cultivate a team of high-quality employees and efficient marketing team to work hard for the company. Therefore, there is a problem that how to build an effective team of customers managers with the related Internet conferences held in Xi an with the topic of "the most valuable strategy project in Chinese Tobacco Industry"This thesis is trying to explore the demands from the present tobacco industry via questionnaire and take a certain tobacco company for example. How to cultivate the customer managers is a big problem to be researched. In this questionnaire, there are many points needed to answer, including working position, tasks, characters, duties, process and key points of customer mangers. Some methods are applied in this thesis such as literature study and behavior interviews. From the aspect of the qualification theory, some key characters of customer managers should be known. Meanwhile, the qualities of the managers are refined and positioned, including the attitudes, responsibility, two-side winning, team spirit, service guidance, affection, analysis, cooperation ability, executed ability, marketing sensibility, coordinated ability, anti-stressed ability, persistence, influence and guidance. Therefore, combined with the demands of these abilities, some talented managers will be cultivated to apply in the practical careers. Meanwhile, there are some designed plans and courses to train the managers, preparing for the future internet construction in marketing and make the solid basis for the tobacco industry as the number one nationwide in China.The practical meaning of this thesis is aiming to construct the model of qualified managers and provide a scientific platform to cultivate managers in the tobacco industry. Meanwhile, it can build a solid basis to realize the development of the business, and promote the competition of the tobacco business.
