At present, Secondary Vocational School as an important part of in our country, ithas made a great contribution for development of our country and economic.The goal ofSecondary Vocational School is training manager and builders for socialist construction.Along with the progress of society and development of economic, the most industiesdemand for workers from simply job skill to comprehensive professional quality. Moreand more employers put forward higher request to the professional quality of employees.Most of the secondary vocational students get a job after graduation and start their career,therefore, their professional quality affect overall quality of employers and companiesdirectly, affects overall quality of industies, as well as relations with the whole countryand the nation’s future. However, according to the survey, we find the present situation ofcurrent secondary vocational professional quality is not optimistic,the professionalquality of many graduates not satisfied with the requirements of enterprise.Therefore,strengthening secondary vocational students professional quality training is not only forthe request of secondary vocational students, but also to the request of society cultivatequalified workers and improve the overall quality of workers.Many scholars research on the secondary vocational student’s professional qualityfrom various angles, and has achieved fruitful research results. They are mainly reflectedin secondary vocational career planning、 the lack of vocational school studentsprofessional quality、the professional quality training method and so on. But the presentsituation of the secondary vocational student’s professional quality、the cultivation ofprofessional quality in secondary vocational schools, and the reason of these situation arenot in-depth research and comprehensive analysis, leading to the strategy and methods ofsecondary vocational students professional quality are not enough detailed,so they lackof systemic and operational.The paper take the combination of empirical study and normative study, the logicalorder according to from theoretical analysis to the empirical research. First of all, thearticle research on the theory and literature of secondary vocational student’s professionalquality; Secondly, the article analysis the theoretical connotation of professional qualityand importance of the secondary vocational student’s professional quality training; Again,it has carried on the investigation and study of a secondary vocational schools in Jiangxi,the results of survey reflects the current problems of secondary vocational moral qualityand professional quality status and vocational schools of the present situation of thestudents’ professional quality training, and analyzes the reason of current situation.Finally,on the basis of empirical study, the article puts forward the countermeasures to improvethe secondary vocational student’s professional quality training.Then the article obtain aconclusion that research on the secondary vocational student’s professional quality training is necessary. This study by discussing how to improve the professional quality ofsecondary vocational students so as to improve the whole quality of workers in ourcountry.
