Ideological and Political Theory Course (here in after referred to as“ideological and political course”) teachers are the main force in theideological and political education of college students ’ healthy growthmentors and guide. Ideological and political course teachers in Higherwhether they have a strong sense of responsibility, not only directly affect thequality of university teaching of ideological and political, but also to theuniversity can train qualified personnel. Therefore, awareness of collegeideological and political course teachers responsibility to conduct research, toexplore the path to enhance awareness of Ideological and Political Teachersresponsibility, strengthen ideological and political course of the constructionof teachers colleges, colleges and universities to achieve the goal of trainingqualified personnel, have important significance.This article is based on the actual situation of universities, based on theportion of Ideological and Political Education Teachers conduct research onteachers’ awareness of the Ideological and Political Responsibility classdivided into four sections were studied: the first part, the actual analysis ofthe current Ideological and Political teachers’ sense of responsibilitytheoretical significance and practical significance of the study, and theIdeological and Political teachers of existing research results were combing the sense of responsibility, to lay the foundation for the study of the back.The second part, to sort out the study, defines the responsibilities, sense ofresponsibility, sense of responsibility among the connotation of teachers,mainly on university teachers’ awareness of the responsibility of theideological and political course meaning, content, importance andpresentation were studied. The third part of the questionnaire results throughmathematical statistics and analysis on the status quo sense of responsibilityIdeological and Political Teachers were evaluated, and from the threeindividual factors, school factors, social factors, causing part of theIdeological and Political Course reasons for lack of sense of responsibilityteachers were analyzed. The fourth part, to enhance the ideological andpolitical course path to achieve a sense of responsibility of teachers collegeswere analyzed first to raise awareness and eliminate burnout, and enhance theeffectiveness of teaching; secondly to improve the management mechanism,to build a strong system of protection; should again Explore the teachers’awareness of the principle of the responsibility to enhance ideological andpolitical course, content and approaches; finally to optimize the schoolenvironment, and strengthen their sense of responsibility...
