The Economic Analysis On Employment Of College Students In Our Country

In the multiple backgrounds that Chinese higher education to achieve leapfrogdevelopment into the current popularity and social overall employment situation isgrim,the employment of college students has become increasingly prominent.Whethercollege students can be successful employment is the premise condition of theirsurvival and development, it also carries the hope and future of every family.It hasbecome not only the concern of individuals, families, schools, and to rise to thegovernment, all social issues of common concern. Because it is directly related toeconomic, technological and social development, directly influence the developmentof colleges and universities, and even social stability.This article systematically analyzes the background and trend of the employmentproblem. Through the accumulation of the work in the college students’ experience,the author has a certain understanding on college students’ employment policy andmacro situation, especially has a deep understanding of the behavior of individualstudents as a rational man of people in employment market.We accumulated detaileddata by classified research and systematic analysis and problems and have a relativelyclear understanding on the current situation, of course, these problems also exist in thenational college students’ employment market. Therefore, this article uses economictheory and methods to start from the reality of work,analyzes the reasons for thedifficult employment of university students and puts forward the feasiblecountermeasure.Based on theory and research methods,we carries on the empiricalanalysis from the relationship between the supply of universities and the demand ofmarkets.The author thinks the reasons for the difficult employment of college studentsincluding regional unbalanced development, unreasonable industrial structure, weakuniversities employment instruction work, college students lack of clear self-cognitionand lack of personal ability, etc. Based on the above analysis, the authors believe thatit should proceed from three aspects including national, university and collegestudents themselves to adjust.So as to increase the effective supply of college labormarket, to achieve the goals of reducing employment costs, to help studentssuccessfully employed, successful transition from individual to reduce the pressure onthe overall employment of university students,by the success of the individual andoverall ease the pressure on college students’ employment.
