Research On Students Occupationg Accomplishment Training Of Hei Jiao Yuan

Advanced technical talents who needed for industries and enterprise is animportant mission of higher occupation education. Due to the rapid evolution ofChina’s economy, and the number of vocational schools has been increased, theenrollment increased year after year, and then technicians graduated fromvocational colleges has increased rapidly, companies need a lot of technicalworkers’ demands had been met. However, the cultivation of students’ occupationaccomplishment is in fact not significant, to let higher vocational colleges focuson students’ occupation accomplishment, and effectively enhance students’occupation literacy training, this paper is due to the analysis of occupationquality cultivation of existing theories and the existence problems of occupationquality of students, in order to construct systems of cultivating students’occupation accomplishment more complete, and furnish consultation for thequality of education in the field of vocational education.Because the Heilongjiang College of Career Technical College (hereinafterreferred to as heijiao college) has some problems in student literacy education inrecent years, in this research takes heijiao college as the research target,comprehensive analysis the students occupation accomplishment training ofheijiao college: firstly, through the profound study of other document, expounddefinition of occupation accomplishment and its refinement factors and therelationship between refinement factors, vocational students occupation literacytraining evaluation characteristics, theory of occupation accomplishmentevaluation as well as occupation accomplishment training; on this basis,combined with survey and interviews, discuss present condition of students’occupation accomplishment of heijiao college, indicate the problems of heijiaocollege, and proposes the urgent areas for improvement; in the fourthchapter,combining the education practice of the author and continue to study andexplore, summarize innovative pattern of occupation accomplishment training,system of the strategies to develop the students’ occupation accomplishmentimprove vocational literacy teachers team, the construction of new occupationliteracy curriculum and start the new fostering way of school-enterprise cooperation four aspects, at last puts forward measures to ensure the trainingsystem of occupation accomplishment the college students: to strengthen thestudents on corporate culture, strengthen the education on students’ HumanisticQuality Raise guidance and to strengthen students’ education of the spirit of thetimes. I hope that the research work has certain help to train students’ occupationaccomplishment heijiao college and other higher vocational colleges, and thenthrough the practice to effectively improve the students occupationaccomplishment training, become the cornerstone of students’ careerdevelopment.
