After the demonstration, grouping correcting and individual correcting gave by the coach.The teaching method of self-suggestion encourage students to review the skilled movement intheir brain and indicate themselves pay more attention to the main points and fallibility pointsof skilled movement before the students going to training. According to experimentation, thisthesis aim at figure out a more appropriate Approach of learn badminton basic strokes andjudge the qualities of learning to prove self-suggestion will remarkably benefit the beginnersof badminton.In this experiment, we using70boys and70girls from ECIT as experimental object andsplit them into four groups. That were male experimental group, male matched group, femaleexperimental group and female matched group. To judge the learning qualities of basic strokesby the teaching method of self-suggestion, we using research methods of Literature, Expertinterview, Questionnaire, Experiment, Mathematical statistics. According to comparisonbetween experimental group and matched group. It turn out that experimental group acquiredbetter effect of learning than matched group. The teaching method of self-suggestion improvethe beginners of badminton to grasp the basic skill.
