Students with learning difficulties research has beeneducation, psychology of great concern. Any schools, classes aremore or less there is a special group of students with learningdifficulties, and in my coaching Weining County Baojia middleschool, the number of this group is more substantial."The newcurriculum standards" proposed that teachers should focus on thegrowth and development of each student. Therefore, to do theconversion work of students with learning difficulties, so thatstudents with learning difficulties will grow and improvesuccessfully, both to implement the "people-oriented" concept, andalso every educator’s bounden responsibility.As a Chinese educator, I according to the Chinese disciplineis to help students to learn other courses, form a good personalityand sound personality, establish a correct outlook on life, values,world outlook and so on the characteristic, put forward to improvethe Chinese language and literature level of students with learningdifficulties from aspects to realize the transformation of thestudents with learning difficulties in rural middle school.This paper is divided into three parts: The first part is theintroduction, describes the significance of the students withlearning difficulties and the current situation of the studentswith learning difficulties study at home and abroad; the second partis the main body part,It is divided into three chapters: the firstchapter is to introduce the present situation of the students withlearning difficulties in rural middle school, including learningand behavior aspects; the second chapter is the analysis thereasons of the students with learning difficulties in rural middleschool, divided into school reasons, family reasons, social reasonsand personal reasons; The third chapter is the strategy to improvethe Chinese language and literature level of the students with learning difficulties in rural middle school, according to thereasons, put forward to from building a good learning atmosphere,establish communication channels, take good care of rural middleschool students with learning difficulties, strengthen theliteracy training of the students with learning difficulties, toimprove the reading level of students with learning difficulties、writing skills improve of the six aspects; the third part is theconclusion, mainly on inadequate and prospect of this study.To improve the Chinese language level of students with learningdifficulties in rural middle school can be said to have a long wayto go, as a basic level of Chinese educators, especially his bodyburden is heavy, but in order to better qualified for their jobs,to implement quality education, I will continue efforts in theeducation of students with learning difficulties and promote thehealthy and harmonious development.
