Under the big background of bilingual education, this study at home and abroad on the basis of teacher’s teaching behavior research, literature analysis, questionnaire and observation, about the present situation of middle school Chinese teachers’ team, teachers’ training status quo and an analysis of the use of teaching resources.The author extracted the seven areas,nearly 155 of the middle school Chinese teacher in Xinjiang, based on their teaching behaviors’ questionnaire and interviews and found that Chinese teachers lack understanding of the "curriculum";secondly, specifical resources for the language students to learn the Chinese language teaching are in lack; thirdly, the independence of the Chinese Language teachers is not enough, they rely too much on Chinese Language and Literature teaching. This shows that Chinese language teaching in the curriculum resources, teaching resources, teachers’ behaviors and so on is affected by Chinese Language and Literature teaching, and even directly to copy mature information of them in common.Then, I take “The Standard of Full-time National Primary and Middle School’s Chinese Language Courses","The Standard of Compulsory Education’s Chinese Language and Literatur(2011 Edition)" and students’ study effects, on the basis of the imaocions of transforming between Between Chinese Language Teaching and Chinese Language and Literature Teaching in Middle schools of Xinjiang which has carried on the detailed analysis.It shows that these approaches of Chinese Language learning are not good for middle school students, not only can’t arouse the enthusiasm of their learning Chinese, and even cause the student to produce rebellious attitude, eventually detrimental to their Chinese learning.Above all,based on the survey in our study, as well as on middle school Chinese teaching in xinjiang, we suggest that the education management department should strengthen the development of Chinese curriculum resources and further the development of Chinese teachers. Suggest engaged in Chinese teaching of the han nationality teachers, first of all, to understand people language students; Second, on the teaching methods, to distinguish; Third,let the student’s daily life and become a part of Chinese curriculum resources.We also suggest minority teachers engaged in Chinese Language teaching should improve personal accomplishment and strengthen the professional skills in teaching. In addition,different nationalities’ teachers should draw lessons to each other, to make the positive influences are promoted and avoid and eliminate the negative infections,which in the end would improve the quality of Chinese Language teaching in Xinjiang middle schools.
