High school students are in adolescence with agitation andare curious about sexuality. Therefore, it’s important toproperly conduct sex education in the biology teaching formaking students perceive the law of physical and mentaldevelopment in adolescence, restrict their behaviors undersexual morality and ultimately shape their healthypersonality.This study is based on the results of the questionnairefilled out by sophomores in Guiyang No.14high school, whichcan reveal their comprehensions and demands for sex knowledgeand expectancies of conducting sex education. Simultaneously,sex education is carried out in the biology teaching of onepilot class. We can find the methodology of conductingadolescent sex education in biology teaching of high schoolsthrough the comparison of pre-study and post-study. Theresearch time is from September2012to July2013. Via thepractice of adolescent sex education in the pilot class, thispaper attempts to deliberate how to educate high schoolstudents with adolescent sex knowledge better.This thesis consists of seven parts, which are introduction,summary, the purpose and significance of adolescent sex healtheducation, research object and methods, the research and resultanalysis of educational practice, the research conclusions,innovation and reflection. The introduction explains thereason to carry out the investigation and study; introduces theconcept definition of sex, puberty and adolescent sex education;has made the summary of domestic and foreign research onadolescent sex education practice, introduces the purpose and significance of adolescence sex education and research objectand method; the part of research methods introduces researchobject, method and specific process. The part of results andanalysis analyzes the data through the Excel. The sexeducational practice research explains from several aspects,which are analysis of the results on the survey of the presentsex situation of the students before and after the experiment;the methods, principles, contents and teaching case ofadolescent sex education.In this study, through the practice research, get thefollowing results:Biology classroom permeates sex education, it makes thestudents to understand sexual physiology, sexualdevelopment, sexualpsychology, sexual morality, sex character, interpersonalcommunication, prevention of damage, sexually transmitteddiseases and AIDS knowledge in high school, improve Sexualliteracy of the students, makes senior high school students whoin themiddleofadolescence freeoutofSexhazy, mysterious and puzzle,establishes a positive and optimistic attitude towardslife,focus on learning, and forming the perfect personality.
