Higher vocational college is the base for training talents of higher occupation skill, isshouldering the important mission. Human resources in higher vocational colleges directlyaffect the competitiveness of higher vocational colleges, the creativity, the influence andthe comprehensive strength, is one of the important factors of the development of HigherVocational colleges. How to effectively develop human resources in higher vocationalcolleges, to maximize the incentive talent, and to better serve the students in highervocational colleges, enhance the level of education, and further promote the developmentof the society, and also is an important subject of educational development, is also thefocus of this paper lies.Based on the human resource management theory, incentive theory as thefoundation, briefly discusses the content based incentive theory, process theory ofmotivation and behavior modification theory, analyzes the psychological characteristicsof composition and human resources of teachers in higher vocational colleges, andemphasized the important role of incentive mechanism in human resources management inhigher vocational colleges. In addition, this article from the management science andpsychology angle to our country higher vocational colleges human resource managementand incentive mechanism of the status quo,and focuses on the study of detailed analysis,the focus on the systematic analysis of the existing problems in the incentive mechanismsystem, find out the concept of incentives, incentive system is not perfect rigid,incentives single, lack of humanity reasons. To provide a realistic basis for theimprovement of university human resources incentive mechanism.he research results show that the scientific and reasonable incentive measures to agreater extent promote play individual potential. Therefore, make clear the effect ofincentive factors existing in Higher Vocational College Teachers’ job satisfaction ofteachers in higher vocational colleges, to improve the working enthusiasm and initiative,give full play to the innovative teacher, has the extremely vital significance. Through theresearch finally put forward: to make people-oriented incentive mechanism from the objectives, focus on diversification, incentive methods focus on teacher training, payattention to humanistic care and other effective measures to optimize the humanresources incentive mechanism of Higher Vocational colleges.
