With the vigorous development of China's socialist economy in twenty-first century,higher vocational education has entered a rapid development period with opportunities.At this stage,human resources have become the key to the development of the college.At present,new requirements for human resources management in higher vocational colleges are put forward.How to mobilize the enthusiasm of faculty and ensure the smooth development of teaching,research and other business is a new major issue of higher vocational colleges.The author combines the knowledge of human resources management with the management and incentive mechanism of higher vocational college faculty,summarizes the problems in the management process,analyzes the causes,finds solutions,improves and innovates the incentive mechanism.This paper expounds the research of domestic and foreign universities.On the base of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and Hertz Berg's two-factor theory,aiming at the drawbacks of traditional management in BH college,including formalization of career academy employment,equalization of salary system,fuzzification of incentive mechanism and invalidation of performance appraisal,this paper takes some targeted measures,including impartiality of position competition,differentiation of salary system,standardization of appraisal system and scientization of incentive,and then,to solve the problems existing in the construction of human resources incentive mechanism in higher vocational colleges.
