In today’s rapid economic development, knowledge update the accelerating pace of social, science and technology has become the first power to promote social development, education and personnel core areas. Higher Vocational Education in China from the flag-raising start-up to a comprehensive quality upgrade after three decades of exploration, and now has become an important part of the higher education system, but forward management lag lag system of vocational schoolshuman resources has become a problem of the education sector sandwich treatment of vocational teachers and social status are not appropriate to improve unattractive, many vocational colleges wage income and benefits for teachers, especially young teacherspersonnel management system, there are many schools of dissatisfaction with the lack of a sense of belonging, burnout over time. Therefore, to study the application of incentives in human resource management in the vocational colleges, teachers training and management, both to improve the quality of teaching in schools, to promote the urgent requirement of the development of the school, but also teachers’ own development needs.In this paper, based on the full study of human resources incentives theory and practical experience to learn from various teachers in vocational colleges human resources incentives, human resources JXTCC individual incentive status quo as a representative of Vocational teachers, counselors, etc.characteristics of the role of human resources and labor characteristics, as well as the role of the development of the institutions, and targeted incentives and measures, establish an incentive mechanism to objectively describe and explain the interaction between vocational colleges and teachers, the blending phase excitation.
