Merger Vocational Colleges Innovation Of Human Resources Integration Mechanism

Colleges, is a product of university reform, has become the inevitable trend of development of universities. Vocational colleges as an important group of universities in the merger wave, has a very typical representative. Research shows, a combined university after the merger still exists many problems, serious impact on the merged Administrator institute and rules. The reason for this study from the direction of human resource management, from my point of view is mainly university-run combined lack of proper integration of human resources operations. Term paper is to under the New National Development and Reform situation, research university combined integration of human resources, strive for innovation and research system, to create learning organizations.
