Research On Vocational Value Of Higher Vocational School Students In Tianjin

With the popolarization of higher education,we enter the era that higher education has developed fastly.We have nearly1,300vocational colleges,which has occupied more than half of higher education. Since the year of2000,the education department has pointed that the employment is the guidance of wocational school. As the popolation of wocational school graduates increase every year,the employment problem become more prominent,attracting a lot of social attention.Employment problem,on one hand,it is because structural contradiction.on the other hand,conscious decide action.the career outlook of vocational school students largely determines the success and quality of work.Career outlook dominates expectations and choice of vocational students when they choose a job. With the affect of muti-cultural value and other factors,students’ old and new career outlook met and change, and some wrong view directly influence and restrict employment. Therefore, to establish a correct concept of career is the key to solve the problem of employment of vocational school students.Tianjin is the "third pole"of China’s economic development.As the industrial center of north China,the development of vocational shool has been the leading position and is the reform area of vocational school,serving the economic and social development of Binhai area. Therefore, the problem of vocational school students when they choose a job is typical and representative.After the research of career outlook of Tianjin,we analysis the current situation of the students as follows:on one hand,the vocational students are very optimic and active when they choose jobs.they also has much more conscious to innovate.On the other hand,they expect too much for a job and are very utilitarianism,ignoring social contribution.Also we found that economic development and social culture teachers and peer groups even parients all affect the vocational valuesof students.Based on this factors,we make some suggestions to help the students having correct vocational value from this four aspescts include family factors and school factors and so on. The goverment should strengthen policy guidance and legal regulations. Schools should pay attention to cultivate the vocational ability, critical ability and creative ability og all the students in higher vocational schools.The higher vocational students should be reasonably self-positioning,establishing realistic career outlook.This paper attempts to combine theory and practice,trying to resolve the problem of vocational school students’career outlook and provide a theoretical analysis and measures.
