Research On The Development Of Teachers' Resources In Higher Vocational Colleges Based On School-enterprise Cooperation

With the rapid development of global economy,many enterprises in China develop rapidly in such a fierce competition environment,and their demands for technical and skilled talents are increasing,which makes higher vocational education facing higher standard and demand.Teachers are the key figures to improve the quality of higher vocational education,so how to develop teachers' resources in Higher Vocational Colleges is the core issue.It will play an important role to the development of enterprises if we can maximize the benefits of development of teachers' resources in Higher Vocational Colleges based on school-enterprise cooperation,using the teaching and human resources properly both in colleges and enterprises.This paper presents a model of development of teachers' resources in Higher Vocational Colleges,with the purpose of solving the problems existing in this process.The paper is composed of five parts: The first is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background,purpose and meaning of this research,research status of the subject and the content and methods used in this research.The second part explains the concept of human resources development and school-enterprise cooperation through theory research.In the third part,the author conducts a survey on the present situation of teachers' resources development in a higher vocational college in Shaoxing.The fourth part points out the problems in the development of teachers' resources based on the model of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges in Shaoxing.In the last part,based on the survey mentioned in the fourth part and the research achievement of organizational behavior,public management and human resource development,the author demonstrates that the development of teachers' resources in higher vocational colleges plays an important role in maximizing the benefits of enterprises from the skills and methods of human resource development,effectiveness evaluation,staff development and management.This paper emphasizes that teachers are the main part in promoting the development of human resource and in improving education quality in higher vocational colleges under the model of school-enterprise cooperation.And with the help of education services from higher vocational college,enterprises can improve the employees' comprehensive qualities and soft power for competition.
