While, tourism is a sunrise educational category, the "what to teach and how to teach" problem is particularly true.As the studies show that the early tourism teaching mainly depends on the enterprise training, after the reform and opening up starts to set up the special tourism colleges, focus on the university tourism teaching. The university tourism education is systematic and comprehensive, produce the "tourism talents" for travel companies, but the "supplying and demanding dislocation" phenomenon is very serious. The reasons of this problem are made by many aspects, for the tourism higher education university, it no doubt that the main reason is the teaching content is old and the teaching method is singularity.
