The Research Of The Development On The Secondary Health Vocational Education Of Yan’an

Secondary health vocational education is an important part of macro medical education in our country, shouldering for medical and health cause cultivate qualified health technical personnel the enormity of the task. Secondary health vocational education for health care organizations,it has trained a large number of medical personnel especially for the majority of rural and grassroots area has trained a large number of medical personnel, which made great contribution for health cause. With the development of society and economy, the demanding for health and health services continue to improve, the progress of science and technology, the transformation of medical model and the continuous deepening of the reform of medical and health services,which put forward the higher requirement to the number of medical talent, quality and structure. At present, the secondary health vocational education already can not adapt to the needs of the development of health service. There is a lack of overall development planning,unreasonable professional structure, low training level problems; Education system is not perfect, the quality of students decline year by year, and operating conditions, The rapid expansion of teachers and scales are not match.According to the development trend of China’s health and vocational education policy, the author do the research on the teaching reform,running mechanism and the policy adjustment on secondary health vocational education of Yan’an City. In the view of status of secondary health vocational education in Yan’an City to find the problem. Finally, in view of the problems put forward countermeasures and thoughts which suits to the Yan’an secondary health vocational education development.The research of this article is mainly divided into four parts: the first part is mainly explained the research background,significance, basic theory and related literature research; the second part do analysis, investigation and summarizes the existing problems of secondary health vocational education in Yan’an; In the third part, through the policy and theory of secondary health vocational education reform is discussed and put forward to promote future development of secondary health vocational education guiding ideology in Yan’an city; the fourth is the key part, put forward the basic countermeasure of the development and reform aiming at the problems which presented on secondary health vocational education in Yan’an City.Innovative: the author is the first time put forward the regional study of secondary health vocational education in Yan’an in this article, and compared with the previous integrity research,the article is new and targeted.
