The Analyses Of Current Situations And Study Of Strategieo About The Secondary Health Vocational Education In Henan Province

The development of science and technology, improvement of people's life level and changes in medical patterns result in the great changes in nursing service system and patterns, which not only put forward a severe challenge on the reform of medicine education, but also bring a good opportunity for the development of medicine education. The documents named"the Programme for the Reforms and Development of Medicine Education in China"and"the Guiding Suggestion for the Structure Adjustment in Secondary Medicine Education", which were issued by the Ministry of Public Heath and the Ministry of Education in 2003 are the two programmatic documents of the reform and development of medicine education in the early twenty-first century.They provide reliable basis for our country's medicine education,especially in scale, distribution, gradation and structure in secondary medicine education.According to the tendency to develop the national heath career and vocational education policies and the aim in these fields such as adjustment policies, mechanism in running schools and teaching reforms in secondary nursing vocational education,this paper has deep researches.It also tries to find out the problems and gives them suitable ideas and strategies by means of the investigations on the number of organizations, structure of distribution, setups for specialized subjects, number of students, lab equipments, faculty and efficiency.There are four chapters in this paper. Chapter One is an introduction, which mainly introduces the concept and position of secondary nursing vocational education and the background and significance of research. In Chapter Two, it investigates and analyzes the current situation in secondary nursing vocational education in Henan province and finds out the problems. In Chapter Three it gets the tendency of development of secondary nursing vocational education by inquiring into the theories and policy basis on the reforms in it. In Chapter Four, the most important part in this paper, it does a case research for the reform objective in secondary nursing vocational education in Henan province and brings up nine development strategies.There are two creative points in this thesis. One is that it does a practical investigation and analysis on the current situation of secondary nursing vocational education in Henan province and brings up a theoretical basis. The other is that it provides a series of strategies on the reforms and development in the secondary nursing vocational education in Henan province.
