Junior high school students are the reserve forces for the future development of our country,and their health level is crucial to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Middle school is an important period of physical development.During this period,many quality indicators such as strength and sensitivity are at a critical moment of development.Therefore,their physical development and health level have received special attention from schools,society and the country.The Regulations on School Physical Education(1990)was first promulgated on March 12,1990;The new curriculum standard of Physical Education and Health issued by the Ministry of Education in 2020(2020 version);The Outline of Building a Sports Power issued by the General Office of the State Council in 2019 emphasized the educational concept of putting health first at all times,and opening enough physical education classes to enable students to enjoy happiness in physical exercise,hone their will,and strengthen their physique.Therefore,it can be seen that the rationality and legitimacy of the middle school physical examination has been established from the perspective of laws and regulations.In 1990,it was officially stipulated that "sports is an examination subject".It has been 33 years since then.Under the social background,all provinces and regions across the country have successively opened the sports secondary examination according to their actual conditions.In response to the call,Changchun formally included the subject of physical education in the middle school entrance examination in2016.In the years of implementing the middle school entrance examination,the physical condition and health level of junior high school students have been improved and improved to a certain extent,but the improved level of various schools in Changchun is different.In recent years,the research of relevant experts shows that core strength training can improve students’ balance ability,coordination ability and improve the coordination efficiency of upper and lower limbs when doing actions.It can be seen that the core strength training program is applicable to junior high school students.Therefore,this study designs a scientific,reasonable and systematic core strength training program for junior high school students in Changchun City,which is of great significance for local schools in Changchun City to improve their sports scores in the middle school entrance examination.This article uses experimental method as the main research method.This study takes two classes,Class 8 and Class 9,Grade 9,of Changchun 104 Middle School as the experimental objects.The two classes are randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Before and after the experiment,the experimental group and the control group were tested with indicators of 1000/800 meters,solid ball,standing long jump,1 minute rope jump,and sitting forward bending in the sports test items of the middle school entrance examination.The following conclusions were obtained through the study:1.The results of the two groups in the solid ball project have improved,and the results of the experimental group have improved significantly.There is a very significant difference between male and female students in the experimental group(P<0.001),indicating that the program can significantly improve the training effect of the solid ball project.2.The improved range of one-minute rope skipping performance in the experimental group is higher than that in the control group,and the performance of the experimental group is significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),which indicates that this program has also improved the coordination and sensitivity of junior high school students’ body,and the experimental program has promoted the performance of one-minute rope skipping.3.In the standing long jump,the experimental group and the control group were significantly improved,and the comparative data showed that P<0.05,indicating that the two groups of programs played a role in improving the performance of the standing long jump.4.After 12 weeks of training,there was no significant difference between the two groups in sitting forward flexion and 1000/800-meter project,and the improvement of performance was not significant,indicating that the two groups of programs had little effect on the improvement of performance in these two projects.
