Deepen the reform of the personnel system, and gradually establish and perfect socialist market economy to adapt to, comply with the principle of higher education development, employing mechanism, is a realistic task in public vocational institutes common.In this paper, the personnel of public vocational institutes agent system as the object of study, the present situation and existing problems are analyzed comprehensively, and the mode of personnel agent system public higher vocational institutes are explored, want to draw attention, and jointly promote the personnel agency system to further build and perfect, market, and social integration, gradually standardize, bring into full play its effective role, further research so as to promote the standardization of the personnel agency system, promote vocational institutes employing mechanism of market and society, realize the talents of benign loop, realize the optimization of human resources and the reasonable use, better adapt to the development of the market economy.In this paper, based on the contract theory and the principal-agent theory, adopts the method of case study, literature analysis as the main method, the personnel agency system of JXXD Institute as the research object, combining the current our country public higher vocational institutes personnel agency practice, analyzes the status of implementation of Vocational Institutes personnel agency system and existing problems from the institute, personnel agency, personnel agency, three different main body angle, analyzes the problems and reasons existing in the implementation process of personnel agency system in institutes. Taking JXXD Institute as a case, put forward several measures of public vocational institutes personnel agency system rebuilding.In this paper, based on the contract theory and the principal-agent theory as the foundation, uses the method of case analysis, literature analysis as the main method to implement JXXD college personnel agent system as the research object, combining the current our country public higher vocational colleges personnel agency practice, carried out to carry on the investigation of JXXD college personnel agency system, the existing problems are the system analysis, from universities, personnel agency personnel agency, three different main body angle, analyzes the reason for the problem of the implementation process of personnel agency system in JXXD college, and combined with the concrete practice of JXXD college, to study the countermeasures and measures to implement the next step taken by the personnel agency system.This paper studies the implementation of the personnel agency system in JXXD college, and aims to provide inspiration and reference for the personnel agent system of public higher vocational colleges, namely the establishment of personnel appointment system, forming the system of personnel agency system has its own characteristics, specifically in the following aspects:in the thought, attitude, change idea, deepen the understanding; in the organizational system, the establishment of a high-quality management team, security system, professional service; the operation mechanism, establish a scientific system, supporting measures, improve efficiency.
