The Research On The Promotion Strategy And The Evaluation Of Entrepreneurship Of The College Students Of Guangxi

Nowadays,the problems of the employment and entrepreneurship of college students’ have become the focus of the whole society every year.In order to alleviate the pressure on employment of university students, every province has introduced different support policies and measures which support college students entrepreneurship.However,behind the introducing of many of the government’s policies which is incentives and support measures,we need to be clear that the success of college students’ entrepreneurship not only need the support of the government but also grasp the entrepreneurship ability of college students’.How the entrepreneurial ability of college students of Guangxi?How to further enhance their entrepreneurial ability?It has important theoretical and practical value to study these issues.On the basis of summing up the predecessors’ research results,in using of questionnaire and interview to collect information and data, this article ssesses the ability of Guangxi college students entrepreneurial in use of the improved Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). The research shows that the ability of organization and management commu- nication of students is strong in some degree;the ability of scientific decision- making of college students at the location of the center;the ability of opportunity recognition and active learning of college students is poor;the ability of withstand setbacks of college students is the lowest. Therefore,this article puts forward the relevant policy recommendations. Consolidating the ability of organization and management communication of students;Strengthen the ability of scientific decision-making of college students; enhancing the capacity of the ability of opportunityrecognition and active learning of college students; strengthening the ability of withstand setbacks of college students greatly; Taking into account the development of different students of entrepreneurship.
