Employability Evaluation Of Graduating Students Based On Analytic Hierarchy Process—In Internet Industry

With the rapid development of economy,China has obtained the attention of the world in all aspects of achievement.China has not only developed rapidly in economy,but also played an increasingly important role in international politics.While celebrating the success,a series problem of "couldn't keep up with" also accompanied.Among them,a serious problem is education can't catch up with the social development".China is going through a special period,it is hard to cultivate students to adapt to the social requirement under the old education system.As result,a large number of job vacancies are left and a lot of people can't find a job.The sudden change is also the process that traditional industry is gradually replaced by the Internet.The Internet is quite important to people,who can do anything by mobile phones.Because strong ability of resource integration needs the assistance of electronic information technology,enterprises are eager to hire employees with internet technologies.Prime Minister Li,puts forward the concept of "Internet-plus",as to issue the instruction that traditional enterprises have to make transformation.At that time,the words about the Internet,transformation,investment,and so on come into style,employers are willing to spend lots of money to hire talents.Without suitable courses in the colleges and universities,the gap of talents has been magnified which aggravates Internet bubble.The thesis takes employability of undergraduates in the internet industry as the research object.The theory and method mainly includes illustrating the background of selection of topic and research meaning of the thesis,and conclusions of research result of this topic;introducing the status of internet industry,proposing the theories learnt of researching the thesis,and research methods and constitution of structural framework used;then,the thesis distinguishes employability of undergraduates including learning ability,personality,vocational certification,social practice experience,and personal background,and establishes the employability of undergraduates assessment index system of the project.The innovative point of thesis lies in the close combination of employability of graduates assessment index system and concrete case.It uses the analysis method and mathematical logic of risk management to make positive analysis on employability of undergraduates.
