In recent years,with the focus of China's higher education reform from the number of attention to the quality of the transfer on the transfer of young teachers,information technology teaching ability to become a theoretical and practical areas of common concern.The solution of the problem is not only conducive to the development of young teachers' own professional,but also can make the university spend huge sums of money to buy the computer,the construction of the campus network,the development of network courses,structures of information technology environment to play a greater benefit The Therefore,this study takes the wisdom education as the angle of view,carries on the research to the university teachers' informationization teaching ability,has clarified the actual situation of the university teachers' informatization teaching ability,and analyzes the restrictive factors that influence the development of the information teaching ability of the young teachers in colleges and universities.This paper is divided into seven parts: The first part is the introduction part,which mainly introduces the research background,the purpose,the problem,the thinking method and the significance;The second part is the literature review,introduces the wisdom education,the information teaching ability domestic and foreign research present situation;The third part is the core concept and theoretical basis.It introduces the core concepts of wisdom education,teaching ability,informatization teaching,informationization teaching ability and wisdom education theory,innovation education theory and teacher professional development theory,and the young teachers should This paper systematically analyzes the structure of information education ability,and establishes five dimensions.Based on this,we design the questionnaire of information technology teaching ability of young teachers in colleges and universities.The fourth part is the design and implementation of questionnaire,And validity were tested.The fifth part is the statistical analysis of the information teaching ability of young teachers in colleges and universities by means of statistical means such as descriptive,difference and correlation.The sixth part is the problem and the suggestion,analyzes the insufficiency of the informatization teaching ability of the young teachers in colleges and universities,and tries to find an effective strategy to promote the development of the information teaching ability of the young teachers in colleges and universities.The seventh part is the summary of the research and the shortcomings of the research.The main conclusions of this study are as follows: First,the overall level of information technology teaching ability of young teachers in colleges and universities is still possible,but in the basic information literacy,information technology analysis ability,information teaching design ability,information technology teaching ability,information teaching evaluation ability Second,in the ability dimension of the young teachers in the existence of the phenomenon of polarization,the ability dimension is not balanced;third,in the "consciousness and attitude","information technology analysis ability","information technology design Ability ",as well as " information-based teaching design evaluation ability" is relatively good," basic knowledge and skills " need to be further strengthened.In order to improve the information teaching ability of young teachers in colleges and universities,the paper puts forward some important suggestions for the training of teachers' information teaching ability in colleges and universities.
