Innovation is the motive force of national prosperity, is the social development and the requirements of The Times. In this paper, by means of questionnaire on middle school students and their teacher to investigate, understand the middle school students of the present condition of the spirit of innovation. Through the analysis of the questionnaire found that the current middle school students’ innovation spirit and innovation ability is generally not strong, the innovation ability of students by teachers and school management system as well as the influence on the popularization of the network. Now, the teacher and school in training students’ innovative spirit value degree is far from enough.How to improve the innovation ability of middle school students, is to face the first task of middle school teachers and school. Due to the factors of middle school teachers don’t pay attention to students’ innovative quality is various, with the teacher’s position, educational background, teaching subject, teaching subjective reasons, and cultivate students’ innovative spirit and operation level, and the school system, school support system, school ethos, and the development of the school for teachers to provide conditions are closely related.
