A Research On The Political Participation Psychology Issues Of College Students After 80s

With the widely spread of modern principles like fair, democracyand participation, as well as the gradual transformation from traditional authoritarian to participated politics in China,the popularization of higher education after 80s begin to have citizen’s awareness. Their intention to participate in political life is also on the rise. The participation of 80s college students become an inevitable trend. But some characteristics of their participation shows there still are some issues in their political participation psychology. So I use 5 chapters to expound political participation psychology issues of college students after 80s.The first chapter is introduction to expound the background and literature review of this research, which particular carding related concepts and theories and providing theoretical basis for this research.Then in Chapter II,the writer defines college students after 80s and political participation psychology,which can be devided into political participation cognitive,political participation motivation,political participation aspiration and political participation attitude to describe their mental state.After thorough observation,the mental state of their political participation is regarded as a complex mixition of enthusiasm and Indifference.Capter III is the chapter which will analyze the cause of the complex mixtion in dimension of social statues,school field,internet tecnology and self-conciousness of students.In section of social statues,writer regard deficit of political and employment pressure as the cause of political participation indifference. Current chinese culture leads to anaclisis and interpellation.In section of school field,the strict political arrangement and political education leads political alienation or realistic.The development of Internet technology brings different sides of effects to political oaticipation. On one espect, the basic characteristics promotes self-empowerment and growth will of political participation,even online carnival.But on the other aspect, Ideological State Apparatuses reinforces the degree of interpellation which leads students make up their mind to estrange themselves from political participation. The influence of self-consciousness means student paticipate in politics rooted in self-interest.Then the writer predicts the tendency of the political participation psychology issues of college students after 80s.Growth of secularism and Utilitarianism,resistance of cynicism and mass disturbances will be three main trendicies.At last are the countermeasures to these issues,includes widing the channel political participation and improving means of pitical socialization.
