Higher vocational education is a service for the purpose, the employment as theguidance, is effective to stabilize the society, one of the ways to create a harmonioussociety, and promote social and economic development of the important one way.Present higher vocational school courses not too reasonable, both neither can give fullplay to the student's own advantage, also can't reflect the characteristics of runningschool, and at the same time, and the requirements of the enterprise have some distance,caused the enterprise, school, student three party cannot give full play to its owncharacteristics and advantages. Formal and because of this, higher vocational collegesand enterprises to jointly on the course development is particularly important, it notonly further promote the social economic development and stability of the society,optimize the social environment, but also to the development of higher vocationaleducation reform and rose to promote role.This article for the school-enterprise cooperation under the higher vocationalcolleges on the development of school-based curriculum related problems on the deepdiscussion and analysis, this paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter, forintroduction, puts forward the cooperation between colleges and vocational colleges atpresent the development of school-based curriculum research background and problems.The second chapter, a vocational colleges school-based curriculum on the investigationand study, learn about the development of school-based curriculum of the currentsituation of the study of higher vocational colleges, higher vocational school for thedevelopment of school-based curriculum in the character of the reasons are analyzedand gives advice. The fourth chapter, want to make the school-enterprise cooperation inthe development of school-based curriculum in long-term effective cooperation down,must establish perfect security and incentive mechanism, from higher vocationalteachers incentive mechanism, effective cooperation win-win mechanism, perfect and reliable scientific evaluation management mechanism of the three aspects made in thispaper. Chapter5for conclusion.In this paper that on the course reform process, let the teachers in higher vocationalcolleges in curriculum decision-making professional independence, wake up theconsciousness of the teacher's course, and will become a unstoppable reform trend; Thedevelopment of school-based curriculum in higher vocational colleges has become theprincipal, the teachers, and social institutions the focus of attention, we all have to theburden of curriculum leadership. In the colleges and universities curriculum leadershipin the process of the development of school-based curriculum course design and thecurriculum implementation, curriculum decision-making, course evaluation and otherlinks to play a key role. It can take educators development as the standard, coordinatethe external environment influence education internal in all kinds of activities, in orderto improve the quality of the implementation of the process, the maximum improve thesustainable development of education.The university and the development of school-based curriculum must establishperfect security and incentive mechanisms, namely the perfect teacher incentivemechanism, effective cooperation win-win mechanism and scientific evaluationmanagement mechanism, for both school and enterprise to the long-term effectivesustainable cooperation down provides a strong support and guarantee.
