Usually a hotel worker retention intention is determined by their professional identity, which also have a profound impact on the employment issue Hotels university interns. Now there are experts and scholars will travel professional students as a high-quality solution to the problem of talent hotel were studied in order to solve the problem of high turnover rates and hotel low employment rates. But at the hotel internship tourism majors employment after graduation the hotel industry does not have much after graduation graduates do not want to engage in their own profession has become a universal problem. Samples of this paper from the hotel’s college interns, research methods were data statistics count questionnaire, its main purpose is to analyze the main factors affecting the hotel college interns employment and ultimately analyze hotel college interns retention and career intentions identity specific relationship between the two, in order to better resolve the hotel college interns turnover rate issues.Standing conceptual analysis perspective, professional identity refers to an individual for his own occupation values and importance in the organization of the judgment. Professional identity can be attributed to a corporate culture through professional identity, employees can trust companies to define their own professional values, and get a sense of belonging and pride through arrangements obedience organization. However, there are certain professional knowledge for university interns, the professional values defined by the hotel and its values are not consistent with a lot of time, which leads to the generation of both sides of the conflict, while the rules and regulations and act in the guidelines formulated by the hotel not 100% applicable in the hotel. The majority of college interns hotel quality management personnel reserve, this way has led to the loss and the loss of the hotel’s high-quality personnel.The focus of this paper is to study the hotel college interns professional identity, the relationship between the content and practice among the intention to stay, In summary, based on the literature, the factors affecting the relationship between college interns professional identity and intention to stay were collected and analyzed, Then this model is based on the final data collection through questionnaires and statistical analysis. This paper analyzes the practical demonstration of the relationship between these three, allowing the hotel to set a better internship content to various positions on college interns, so that interns receive appropriate professional identity, thereby increasing its intention to stay, and ultimately for the hotel solve its personnel strong liquidity problem, but also provides the basis for the feasibility of solving the employment problem of university students.
