Nowadays,hotels pay more and more attention to the training of interns.It is particularly important to choose a reasonable way to improve the training effect of interns.As a member of hotel service,interns major in tourism in vocational schools occupy a very important position in hotels.To a certain extent,strengthening the training of hotel interns can improve the working ability and performance of employees,which is conducive to improving the overall level of service quality of hotels,thereby gaining more customers' favor.Therefore,how to use less cost to obtain higher returns and benefits has become a common concern of all hotels,which requires hotel managers to effectively evaluate the training effect of interns,and to systematically analyze the influencing factors of the training effect of interns.In terms of theoretical analysis,on the basis of sorting out and analyzing the research results of domestic and foreign researchers on training,this paper analyses the theory of training from the aspects of the concept and characteristics of training,the basic theory of training,the evaluation model of training effect and the influencing factors model of training effect.These theories can be applied to the training process of interns.The research of this paper provide an important theoretical support.Empirical analysis,this paper mainly uses the form of questionnaires to investigate the various factors in the training process and the training effect after the training of hotel interns major in tourism in Secondary Vocational Schools.Author obtains the data needed in this paper and uses SPSS22.0 software to systematically analyze these data,in order to compare the impact of various factors on the training effect of interns.Seizing the main factors is good for the hotel to better enhance the training effect of interns to lay an empirical foundation.In conclusion and countermeasures,this paper finds out four key factors that affect the training effect of hotel interns through data analysis.They are the training contents taught by hotel trainers,the training methods used by trainers,the self-efficacy of interns,and the atmosphere of training transformation to promote the application of knowledge and skills in the work of interns.These four factors can be directly related to the training effect.In addition,other factors that affect the training effect of hotel interns will work directly.Therefore,according to the conclusions of this study,the following suggestions are put forward: firstly,improving intern's self-efficacy;secondly,enriching training content and choose more innovative training methods;thirdly,creating a good atmosphere for training transformation.
