The new curriculum reform aims to promote the quality education, cultivate the students’ lifelong learning ability, stimulate students’ interest in learning and develop students’ good study habits, it also aims to pay attention to students’ individual differences, improve the students’ initiative, and promote quality education comprehensively. Therefore, the transformation of the mode of past dump type of implant, use of question teaching method, fully play their guiding function effectively and achieve the training objectives of the new curriculum reform has become an urgent task. The question teaching method which means that the question is throughout the teaching process as the carrier. It would make the students initiate the motive and desire of autonomous learning through the process of asking questions and getting the answers. The students form the habits of autonomous learning, and then they could optimize their method of autonomous learning in practice, what’s more, they could improve the ability of autonomous learning finally. The significance of question teaching method is that it is beneficial to exert students’ subjectivity, cultivate creative thinking; it is also beneficial to form the teaching interaction, promoting teachers’ professional development; and it is good to build the democratic classroom, improve the classroom teaching effect too; to change the teachers’ idea, improve the teaching evaluation system. However, the status of question teaching method is represented at the following two aspects: one is that the students are lack of the consciousness of asking questions, students are satisfied with the ready-made standard answers provided by the teaching material and teachers. The class should have been a place filled with wisdom sparks, but it is replaced by a single and boring one. The other is that although we have the consciousness of question teaching method, in the process of specific operation because of lacking of effective guidance theory, mistaken ideas come into being. Based on the high school political lessons, this paper aims to point out that the problem teaching method should follow the principle of double subject and build a new way of teaching that the students are the main parts and the class is dominated by the teachers. Follow the incentive principle, the teachers try to design issues to encourage students to make progress constantly, encourage them to seek for their success. The teachers should also appreciate students in multi perspectives, encourage students to learn in diversified ways, and meet the psychology demand of students in the process of learning. Follow the purpose principle; solving the problem is the aim of the problem teaching method, the teachers should guide the students to discover deep methods of learning. And finally through the summary and induction, the students could achieve the purpose to solve the problem. Follow the integrated principle, the teachers should relate the current course with the relevant concepts, guide the students to enlarge their knowledge gradually, build a new cognitive structure, help students to gradually form the overall ability to solve the problem. And based on this, the author sums up the following strategies: one-way infusion combined with two-way interaction, promoting teachers’ teaching ability, following the rules of students’ development, creating problem situation in teaching.
