| With the development of the society and the progress of technology and culture, China’s education is also keeping up with the pace of the times moving forward. With the introduction of the New Curriculum Standards, institutional reform of the college entrance examination are being implemented in China.In 2014, Beijing took the lead to implement the new examination system which pursues innovation but stay stability. In accordance with the provisions of the "new curriculum standard" and in combination with the actual situation of Beijing area, the college entrance examination(Chinese subject) in 2014 of Beijing made some reform and innovation to strengthen the comprehensive investigation of the students’ writing ability. "The directions of 2014 Beijing College Entrance Exam(Chinese subject)(a)†clearly defined the structure of the examination papers: 60 points of the writing part will be divided into two parts, the first entitled micro-writing, accounting for 10 points, and the second part composition, accounting for 50 points. The appearance of micro-writing in the college entrance examination not only reflects the characteristic of the examination’s keeping pace with times, but also reflects the new direction of Chinese education reform.The thesis tries to analyze the past and the present, and the advantages and disadvantages of micro-writing so that people can have a better understanding of the quite strange question type and achieve the purpose of effective organization of teaching and prepare the examination scientifically. Through the analysis of the testing value of the micro-writing in the College Entrance Examination, this thesis tries to explore the new conception behind the reform of writing in the College Entrance Examination. Additionally, the thesis also tries to focus on how to permeate the new teaching ideas which brought by micro-writing into the practice of teachers’ writing teaching. In order to achieve the above researching purpose, the thesis integrates the methods of historical literature, case analysis and comparison and other educational researching methods.The thesis mainly consist of five chapters. The first chapter explains the reality background and historical origins of the micro-writing in the College Entrance Examination. The second chapter classifies micro-writing in the College Entrance Examination according to the test purpose and forms. And through the comparison with other writing proposition, it concludes the main characteristics of micro-writing. In chapter three, the thesis summarizes the main advantages and disadvantages of the proposition of micro-writing through a lot of case analysis. In chapter four, combined with theoretical knowledge, the thesis analyzes the testing functions and educational effects of the proposition of micro-writing. In chapter five, according to the trend of writing proposition, the thesis makes prediction of the tendency of the future value of micro-writing in the College Entrance Examination.As the College Entrance Examination plays a guiding role in basic education, the proposition of writing in the College Entrance Examination is also the beacon of Chinese writing teaching. The study of micro-writing can not only broaden the vision of researching the proposition of Chinese writing in the College Entrance Examination, but also can provide reference opinions of writing teaching and the proposition of Chinese writing in the College Entrance Examination. |
