Attention training is an important part of the learning guidance and Improving the level of attention is helpful for the improvement of the students’ learning ability. In the critical period of a primary student becoming a junior high student, sixth grade students improving their attention do a good help for them completing the learning tasks of the primary school and being admitted to a ideal junior high school.To explore a new form of attention training, the present study attempt developing the attention training course and proving its impacts on the sixth grade students’ attention for a feasible solutions of attention training. Specific content is as follows:(1) Basing on the previous attention training and combining attention’s characteristics with the conditions of sixth grade students’ attention development,while applying the teaching model of the mental and healthy education course for the primary and junior students,this content develop a series of attention training courses and make its teaching designing which including eight aspects: hearing, vision, memory, thinking and imagination that are five cognitive process and reading, anti-interference, classroom behavior performance which are three habituation behaviors.(2) evaluating the attention level of all students in our institution with Attention Test which completed by Chengli Wang, etc. we rank them according to the order from high attention level to the low and define the top 27% as high group,the after 27% low group, the others middle group.24 extracted students of sixth grade participated in the intervention experiment of attention training course.The subjects were divided into two groups, 12 sixth grade students becoming the control group,the other 12 sixth grade students becoming the parallel group. the control group attended the attention training course, while the parallel group were not.After the course, Compared the pretest and post-test of the two groups, the level of attention of both group are improved, the control group produced a larger improvement than the parallel group,further more, the students of middle group in the control group improve more than that in the parallel group.All the result are significant. The attention training courses can enhance the level of attention of the sixth grade students ’attention obviously.
