Incentive theory is about how to meet the needs of people, and arouse people’s enthusiasm summarize the principles and methods of the summary. The main purpose is to encourage the proper motivation inspire people, mobilize people’s enthusiasm and creativity in order to give full play to people’s mental effect, make the greatest achievements. In modern teaching process, mainly in order to promote human subjectivity as the core, as the subject of respect for people’s initiative and enthusiasm. To achieve student learning from passive to active learning transformation, through various means teachers can motivate students.I have been thinking about how to stimulate and sustain the motivation to study music school students, improve teaching effectiveness middle school music class. Therefore, the author from the perspective of middle school music curriculum, incentive theory in high school music classroom applications were studied.First, the paper introduces the definition and meaning of motivation and education incentives, and introduces several major incentive theory and its Implications for middle school music class.Secondly, the author of the internship school(a Hunan Province exemplary middle school) students to investigate their understanding of the status of teaching music class.
