Colleges and universities have cultivated the cradle of export talents and college students have not obtained full physical exercise due to the problems of learning tasks and time schedules.Therefore,university body and psychological issues have gradually emerged.Today’s primary task is to scientifically enhance students’ physical quality and psychological quality.With the continuous deepening of college physical education,sports are not only a routine physical education teaching activities,but taking the teaching method of fitness and sports,in order to implement "lifelong sports",use sports prescription teaching to intervention for physical education courses.It can promote the initiative and learning of college students play an important role in the physical and mental health development of college students.This paper takes the teaching of sports prescription in and out of class as the research object.By establishing the teaching model of tennis prescription,this paper discusses the influence of sports prescription teaching method on students’ tennis technical level and classroom teaching effect.It provides a reference for the application of sports prescription teaching in tennis class.In this study,literature,experiment,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and other research methods,the results show:1.Experiments have proved that through exercise prescription teaching,the basic physical fitness of boys and girls have changed correspondingly.The data of the experimental group and the control group have changed,but the changes in the experimental group are more obvious.After the experiment,the data of the experimental group and the control group,and the experimental group before and after the experiment,showed significant differences.Although the control group had a corresponding improvement in traditional teaching,there was no significant difference,thus reflecting the importance of exercise prescription teaching to students.The superiority of physical fitness.2.Through this experiment,the students’ ball sense and forehand and backhand skills have been improved accordingly.There are significant differences between the experimental group before and after the experiment,and the experimental group and the control group after the experiment.It can be seen that exercise prescription teaching also has a greater role in promoting students’ tennis skills.3.Conduct a questionnaire survey on the physical education students who underwent the experiment again,and compare the results of the experimental group and the control group on the teaching effect.It is concluded that the experimental group and the control group have very consistent effects on exercise prescription teaching.Compared with traditional teaching,exercise prescription teaching.The setting of teaching objectives is clear,the teaching content is highly targeted,and students actively participate in learning,which fully reflects the subjectivity of students in the classroom.
