As the teaching object and environment change variability and rapidly, leading teachers’ work to be the process of innovation. The emergence of electronic schoolbag has changed the traditional teaching environment, puts forward new requirements to teachers’ teaching as well as challenges. Application of electronic schoolbag in the field of education, not only bring high new technology, but also contains the profound education idea. That requires the teacher use of using electronic schoolbag in teaching, not only to have higher information literacy, but also to cultivate their own teaching ability of innovation.The research take the methods of literature, interview and observation. The teachers,principal of electronic schoolbag pilot school and technical staff are all the object in the interview study, but also observe the electronic schoolbag teaching case, aimed at summing up the problems of teacher’s teaching status and present situation of electronic schoolbag.The research was divided into six parts:Part I Introduce the research background, research purpose, the theory meaning and realistic meaning of research, research contents and methods, finally reviewed the existing researches of domestic and abroad.Part II Mainly introduce the concept,the analysis and definition involved in the study,the related theory of the study, implementation theory of crossover and integration between different areas.Part III Mainly discuss teacher’s teaching status of electronic schoolbag. Introduce the electronic schoolbag of pilot school, use the method of interview and watch the video teaching cases, from multiple perspectives to understand the present situatio n of application of electronic schoolbag in the actual teaching, summarized the problems during the use of electronic schoolbag period.Part IV Combined with the perspective of educational ecology, and draw lessons from "butterfly" model, classified he teachers’ ability development phases, and aim at different stages, put forward the corresponding training plan.Part V Based on the problems of teacher’s teaching status and present situation of electronic schoolbag, from the perspective of education department,school,patriarch, technical staff,researchers of college and combined with the "butterfly" model of cultivation project of innovative teaching ability,put forward the cultivation strategy of innovative teaching ability.Part VI Summarize the conclusion,the innovation point the existing problems in the study, and on the outlook for future research and expectation. Serve as a reference for the later researchers.The research based on the perspective of educational ecology,put forward the "butterfly" model of cultivation project of innovative teaching ability. Combined with the present situation of application of electronic schoolbag in the actual teaching, s ummarized the problems during the use of electronic schoolbag period,put forward the cultivation strategy of innovative teaching ability.
