Information technology application ability training is one of the ways to use the information technology effective, which can promote the class teaching and the routine works, the supporting service after training can effectively promote the train migration of teachers’. So far, there are not enough research for the supporting service assessments after training, so there is not a scientific measurement mechanisms. This essay starts from post-support service evaluation, with the aim to provide a standard of the post-support service for the education organization. So we analyze the content of the education technical ability training late term support service, take example from the evaluation of distance education learning support service and commodity after-sales service evaluation index. Then we use the established evaluation model to examined the content and quality of post-support services provided by the existing institutions. According to the score by using the evaluation model and the subjective evaluation result given by professor to make a comparison, then we can get a judgment for the evaluation indicator, it is scientific and practicable or not, it can be used in practice or not. At last, according to the evaluation result to appraise the quality of service, then get the conclusion and figure out the reason of the problem to come up with a scientific practicable advice, then Constantly improve the quality of late support services and improve service content.There are five steps in this article, the third and the forth are the main part of the article. The first chapter is the introduction section, which expounds the research background, supporting service and educational evaluation of overseas and domestic research status. The index briefly summarizes the main content of study and the use of research methods, the aim and realistic significance; The second chapter is the theoretical basis, it introduce the main concepts and the evaluation of distance education learning support service model and commodity after-sales service evaluation index, this section makes a foreshadowing for the main part of the essay to make sure the research going well. The third chapter is the construction phase for the late support service evaluation model. It will get the first grade assessment target by analyzing the late stage of the supporting contents and learning from the evaluation of distance education learning support service model and commodity after-sales service evaluation index. Then it is going to get the secondary index that is more convenient to implement by refining the first index, using the SPSS software to verifies the rationality of evaluation model then at last using the analytic hierarchy process that combines with the investigation data to determine the weight of each evaluation index value, eventually gets a hundred-mark evaluation target system for the late supporting service, this system provides a standard for the quality of late support services evaluation; The fourth chapter are the evaluation and implementation stage, We take study on z training institutions as a special case, it will inspect the quality of late support services provided by Z training institution which using the established evaluation mechanism, then make comparison and analysis with the subjective assessment given by the experts and front-line teachers, find out the feasibility of the evaluation system. Then according to the assessment results, we will analysis the quality, and come up with the reasonable suggestions to make it better; The last part is the conclusion of this essay, The author makes a comprehensive summary for the main contents and results of the research, and analyses the limitation of research, looks forward to the future and brings out his own ideas for further research.The empirical research of the post stage support service that the article did, which make up for the blank of the post term support service, it provide a scientific, reliable reference standards for the quality of the post term support service, which makes the training institution find out the existing problems of the post support services, then we can continuously improve the service quality to enhance the training effect.
