With the rapid development of information technology and computer network technology,the learning needs of the new generation of digital aboriginal learners have changed.So we should change the mode of teaching accordingly.Teachers are principal participants in education teaching behavior and core strength in education teaching reform,so we should train many high-quality teachers to make sure the sustainable development of education reform.In 2012,the Ministry of Education issued " the decades development planning of informational education",which points out that the key point of team construction is to help teachers to improve the quality of teaching,to improve skill levels and service capabilities of professionals and to improve their abilities to execute and management by applying information technology.Now teachers often use information technology to teach students in the information technology environments.Therefore,teachers must master and improve the ability of information technology applications in today's world.The research of information technology applications focuses on designing training modules,and training Situation Investigation and Analysis from the collection of literature.In fact,teachers are improving their abilities of information technology with the networked training mode and the change of participatory model.Therefore,this paper researches teacher workshops mainly and analysis activities of teacher workshops fully combined some related theories.On this basis,I also analysis the researches of teacher workshops to information technology application ability Impact through the form of questionnaires and interviews.The paper is divided into four parts.The first part,it mainly describes the background,current situation,significance,and ideas of this research.I make sure the theoretical basis and clarify the purpose and significance of this research through reviewing the information technology applications and the present situation of the teacher training and research of teacher workshops.The second part contains two elements.On one hand,it analyzes teacher workshops combined with the theoretical basis.itunderstands the activities of teachers and students in teacher workshops through analysis of teacher workshops and activities.The second aspect is the information technology applications of teachers in Primary and Secondary School.According to “the Standards of Teacher Information Technology Competency in Primary and Secondary Schools" published by the Ministry of Education,the paper says that the ability enhancement expresses in two aspects,which they are activities of teachers teaching and teachers learning.Third,relying on “Jinyuan platform” of the national training program of teacher workshops in Shanxi,I collect many data by questionnaires to understand the needs of teacher researching workshops and their satisfactions,and the level of teacher information technology application and the disadvantages of teacher researching workshops.According to the results,the majority of teachers accredited that it can develop teachers informational technology applications through teacher training workshops.Fourth,on the basis of theoretical and empirical analysis and combined with the information of interviews,we can find that teacher teaching workshops is beneficial to enhance of the teacher information technology teaching application ability through four aspects which are the consciousness of teacherinformation technology application,the ability of design,the ability of organize and teaching evaluation ability.it says that teacher teaching workshops is beneficial to enhance of the activities of teachers' studies through three aspects which they are self-learni ng capability,knowledge management capability and cooperative inquiry learning.Then it analysis the researches of teacher work-shops to information technology application ability Impact.
