With the new basic education curriculum and the continued advance of information technology, the field of basic education and gradually move towards the digital age education caused by the IT revolution is also in full swing."Digital educational resources full coverage for small rural primary schools "project is to promote the balanced development of compulsory education, improve the quality of teaching in rural and remote areas, a big move to narrow the digital divide urban and rural basic education. Currently, the project into the mop-up stage, the software and hardware resource allocation has been completed.Under the new educational environment, how the new curriculum in accordance with the requirements of the application change the old teaching model will be put on the agenda. The author through the full investigation on the part of small rural primary schools in Huanggang City, found the teaching point generally have many confused on the digital educational resources in the application mode and the coping strategies.In this paper, " Digital educational resources application mode for small rural primary school" as the theme, study and solve the difficulties and problems of digital educational resources in the application, from the aspects of teaching points of teaching content, student learning and teachers teaching methods, and actively explore "Digital educational resources full coverage for small rural primary schools "project, the application of new teaching mode under three resource allocation environment, to truly improve the quality of education teaching points, narrowing the gap between urban and rural compulsory education and teaching points, achieving educational equity.In this paper, using the sampling survey method,48 teachers in Huanggang City, Huangzhou District, Qichun County, Tuanfeng County, hemp city 12 teaching points were conducted a questionnaire survey, on-site visits and attending lectures, application of digital education resources collected in each school,Firstly summarizes and analyzes the teaching mode of teaching teachers,To 8 kinds of application modes have synchronous classroom, multimedia aided teaching type, resource integration, independent inquiry learning and to flip the classroom as the representative of the innovation type etc.Secondly, by using SPSS20.0 and Microsoft Office Excel software to analysis the collected data to obtain the result statistics:The age structure of small rural primary schools’teachers are relatively large, low educational level, teaching conditions are backward, the low level of teachers.In the process of using digital education resources mainly exists three problems:Low digital resources application ability; teachers acquire resources limited ways of resources and insufficient processing; application of simple, low levels of the teaching mode of digital education resource is not fully. Finally, on the basis of the requirements of the new curriculum reform, problems of digital educational resources in different teaching modes of proposed three strategies, in order to teachers using digital education resources to carry out teaching has certain guiding significance.
