Teaching is a teaching process is an important component part of the whole structure, is one of the basic elements of teaching. It directly to the success of the teaching, the teaching efficiency of high and low and to cultivate students to be what kind of person. Therefore, it use appropriate teaching methods to teaching becomes the key to achieve the teaching purpose, complete the teaching mission. Teaching practice also proved that if teachers can not science, the selection and use of teaching method, can lead to energy consumption between teachers and students, students’ great burden, poor teaching effect, caused the loss of work. So a correct understanding, choice and use of teaching method, is of great significance for cultivating more and better talent.Article takes a stand hurdles in the teaching of hurdle technology as an example, the selection of Beiji sports unngiversity education compulsory course for college physical education major hurdles technology, class 3 and class 4 grade 2013 students of two class teaching experiment for the object. Main purpose is to use modern teaching media audio and video functions, combined with the mechanism for the formation of motor skills, supplemented by traditional teaching methods, striving to within the limited teaching hours, effectively stimulate students’ learning enthusiasm, improve study efficiency and effectiveness; Further explore video feedback teaching method in the application of hurdle technology technology courses teaching, and how to use this teaching method for hurdling technique technology courses teaching, for technology teaching under the new situation of hurdle technology to provide theoretical reference. In the process of study, it use the method of expert interview, mathematical statistics, such as experimental method, literature research method, etc.Through the study found that video feedback teaching method to strengthen the cognitive thinking ability of students in classroom teaching, stimulate learning enthusiasm, improve the ability of self-study, help students to correct mistakes in time, improve the teaching quality and efficiency, and so on all is of great significance. At the same time, the teaching methods and to improve technical level and athletic ability of students, cultivate the self-confidence, the pedagogue within shorter teaching hours to obtain more knowledge, improve the efficiency of classroom teaching time, facilitate teachers according to students for learning to master the details of the lessons. This topic use the modern technology, has a certain sophistication, for improving the hurdle technology technology courses teaching, improve teaching efficiency and quality, they have the certain reference value. This topic research is helpful to improve and enrich hurdle technique teaching method system, at the same time, provide a theoretical basis for physical education teaching practice.This study the following conclusions:with the constant development of the teaching reform in our country, the hurdle technology technology courses in colleges and universities teaching hours reduced, traditional teaching methods can not fully adapt to the situation. Video feedback teaching method and the organic combination of traditional teaching methods, the director, in full accord, realized the teaching effect optimization.
