A Study On The Countermeasures Of Improving The Situation Of The Employment Of Graduates

As economic and social development in our country, the changes in the economic system and employment structure, the reform of the education system and employment structure was changed, the employment form of university graduates has been changed from the " state-assigned jobs " to the "two-way selection,choose job on one's own". At present, graduates employment compared with the past is not so smooth, there have some problems, the reasons are from society, government, university and graduates themselves. The article analyses the problems under the viewpoint of talent-cultivating in university, trying to find out the underlying reasons in universities and propose countermeasures of promoting employment of graduates from the perspective of university.The article is about how to improve the situation of the employment of graduates from the perspective of university. It can be divided into four parts: The first part, analyze the employment situation of the whole society and the university graduates.The second part, discuss the reasons that caused the employment problems of graduates in four aspects: socio-economic development, national laws and policies, university and graduates themselves.The third part is about the talents-cultivating of university abroad and find out advantages that are worth learning.The last part is from the sight of talents-cultivating to discuss how to promote employment of graduates and propose appropriate countermeasures to the point of talents-cultivating of university, enrollment of students, professional settings and employment guidance.
