With the deepening of teaching reform and the change of organizational environment, as well as increasing social demand for highly qualified personnel, university teachers are under pressure from the aspects of teaching, research, and social services such as titles ever, mental health, job happiness, career burnout, work-family conflict and many other issues have become increasingly prominent, seriously affected the quality of work life. Coupled with recent negative news of university teachers gradually increased, academic misconduct, ethics, professional ethics lacking, and some teachers due to pressure of work, pay and benefits, titles, and other mental health problems caused by a series of extreme behavior, serious damage to itself and the health of others, the interests and reputation of the school and so on.Provincial universities as a key to regional economic and human development have played an important role in the country science education and talent strategy, it is committed to reducing the level of teaching and the quality of talent differences across regions, but because of its school property, the state supporting the superior, Take care policy development and strategic positioning of schools and other reasons, teacher as the key resource, charged with more teaching, research and social service pressure, so to explore the status of quality of work life of provincial university teachers to study its relationship with organizational citizenship behavior, to further enhance the quality of their work life becomes particularly important. Combined with the current study, there only three literatures about the quality of work life combined with organizational citizenship behavior, and are concentrated in only employees, the study were Chinese domestic employees, professional managers and expatriates. Therefore, the study of provincial universities teachers ’ relationships between quality of work life and organizational citizenship behavior, to improve the quality of teachers’ work and life, and enhance its organizational citizenship behavior, improve school teacher development and management has certain theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, the author analyzes the literature, theoretical basis of quality of working life and organizational citizenship behavior, finishing the concepts and dimensions of university teachers’ quality of work life and organizational citizenship behavior, Develop the corresponding measurement scale, and through interviews, questionnaires, forecast research and other methods to revise them, the final results of Sichuan Province Teachers’ quality of work life and organizational citizenship behavior each has four dimensions, quality of work life including organizational environment, work tasks, amateur and leisure, physical and mental health; organizational citizenship behavior including establish role model, interpersonal altruism, learning support, school recognized. Then carry out the formal questionnaire, taking into account the limitations of my own resources, the sample taken convenience and the effectiveness of data, the author take CDUT as a case to study, expected through its data statistical analysis to confirm and investigate the relationship and predicted effect of college teachers of Sichuan Province between Quality of Work Life and organizational citizenship behavior. Before statistical analysis, confirmatory factor analysis showed that the data fit the model assumptions and the actual collection of ideal construct validity of the questionnaire can be a very good response, indicating that the test measure to achieve the desired effect, and the reaction of subjects shows the true level. This article mainly the following several aspects of the conclusions:First, through descriptive statistics showed that the provincial university teachers currently quality of work life at the middle level, the work tasks scores lowest, followed by physical and mental health and organizational environment; organizational citizenship behavior scores from low to high ara learning help, school recognized, interpersaonal altruism and role models to establish, in line with the current large teaching environment, teachers are faced with more research, social service pressure, work-life quality level is not high, forcing it to ignore the nature of teaching and help to student is not enough, will focus more on the research assessment.Second, the demographic differences verification results shows that in addition to age, Pre-employment graduating college property and seniority no significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, gender, marital status, job, education, career preparation, recruits overseas experience and part-time administrative duties and other variables have an impact on the quality of teachers’ working lives and organizational citizenship behavior of certain dimensions. Such as male teachers scores higher in role models to establish and physical and mental health dimension than female teachers,but lower in learning help dimension; 51 years old and older teachers in the lowest scores of the organizational environment; Marital status will have an impact on teachers physical and mental health and school recognized. Hypothesis H1, H2 be verified, provincial universities teacher individual characteristic variables will have a significant impact on their quality of working life and organizational citizenship behavior.Third, analysis the correlation and regression between quality of working life and organizational citizenship behavior of CDUT universities teachers by SPSS, verify the relationship and prediction between the two, in addition to the assumption H4 c, H4 d, the other hypothesis H3(H3a, H3 b, H3 c, H3d), H4 a, H4 b have been verified, showed there were significant positive correlation between the dimensions of quality of work life and each dimension of organizational citizenship behaviors of provincial universities teachers, in which work tasks and organizational environment dimensions have positively predicted on each dimension of organizational citizenship. When the individual characteristics variables though AMOS to carry out multiple group analysis, the conclusions show that its regulation is not significant, assuming that H5 is not true, so study the impact of other variables on the quality of teachers’ work life and organizational citizenship behavior provincial universities in the future, it may be its impact not be considered..Finally, based on the conclusions from statistical analysis, the management comments and suggestions of provincial University Teachers including reasonable configuration tasks, enhance teachers’ job satisfaction; emphasis on teacher health, strengthen the construction of related facilities; optimizing the organizational environment, promote teacher school identity; improve the performance evaluation system, improve teachers’ welfare; to change the traditional concept of scientific research, attention to teaching results, and so on.
